1. Customization Options

We offer a variety of customization features to help you design the perfect Address Sign, including:

Please carefully review all customization fields during checkout and double-check spelling, numbers, and design selections before submitting your order.

2. Order Confirmation & Proofs

• Once your order is placed, our team reviews your customization details for accuracy and formatting.

• For certain designs, we may provide a digital proof or preview upon request before production begins.

• Production will start only after customer approval (if a proof is sent).

3. Production Timeline

• Custom Address Signs typically require 5–10 business days for production, depending on design complexity and order volume.

• This timeframe is in addition to standard shipping time.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

4. Accuracy & Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for providing correct and complete customization details (including spelling, address numbers, and design notes).

• Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made to a custom order.

• HouseNumbersUs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds for Custom Items

• Because custom Address Signs are made-to-order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

• If a custom order arrives incorrect due to our mistake, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After the 24-hour window or once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

7. Design Ownership

• All custom designs created by HouseNumbersUs remain the intellectual property of the company.

• We reserve the right to use completed designs or images for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
