Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HouseNumbersUs! We want you to love your new Address Sign as much as we loved making it. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 45 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must include all original components, hardware, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our Address Signs are custom-made or personalized, these products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Examples of non-returnable products include:

  • Custom Address Signs with engraved names, house numbers, or text.

  • Personalized color or size requests.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@housenumbersus.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    We will promptly review your case and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@housenumbersus.com  to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for non-custom products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
