1. Warranty Coverage

All HouseNumbersUs Address Signs are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects (such as misaligned cuts or engraving errors).

• Structural failures not caused by misuse.

• Fading, peeling, or corrosion resulting from normal outdoor exposure (within warranty limits).

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, mishandling, or accidents.

• Damage caused by weather extremes (e.g., hurricanes, flooding, or prolonged submersion).

• Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic imperfections.

• Any alteration, modification, or repair not authorized by HouseNumbersUs.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer and remains valid for 6 months.
Claims submitted after the warranty period will not be eligible for coverage.

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@housenumbersus.com and provide the following:

• Order number or proof of purchase.

• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.

• A brief description of the problem.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

• Repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost, or

• Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for following installation and care instructions provided with the product.

• Proper cleaning and maintenance are required to keep the warranty valid.

• Any misuse or neglect that causes damage may void the warranty.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
